Search & Selection Associate

About the Position

The Search & Selection Associate will report to the Director of Search & Selection and work collaboratively with the Senior Associate of Search & Selection to engage applicants, project-manage the workflow, external communications, application data, and online platforms for the organization’s selection processes. We're looking for an equity-minded, highly organized problem-solver and question-asker who is eager to operate, analyze, and improve upon systems. The ideal candidate is a project manager and systems thinker with an interest in, or, experience with advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

This role will require you to live/work in the New York Metro Area.
